mOOn Cafe!

I have always loved Mexican Food, I remember when I was still living in Manila(my younger years), I would always sit and munch on Nachos or Tacos at Tia Maria's Mexican Restaurant after school. Here in Cebu, there is no Tia Maria's but a place called MOON Cafe is definitely worth trying. This restaurant specializes on Filipno/Mexican Fusion, which then makes it more interesting because it means I get to enjoy some of my favorite filipino dishes in a Mexican ambiance. Since my office is just right beside Robinson's Cybergate, It's very difficult to resist the very inviting MOOON Cafe by the window...So Everytime I get tempted to dine at MOOON Cafe I always want to start with my favorite appetizer.. CAMPECINOS
The cheese layers and the ground beef is so flavorful making it the perfect appetizer ever!

Now, when your taste buds are alive and ready, it is best to try their other specialties:

GRILLED TUNA BELLY-- This dish really made me come back for more of Mooon Cafe!For P178.00 you get a very tasty grilled tuna belly topped with onions,pickled papaya as side dish and a cup of garlic rice.

I also tried their Baby Back Ribs for P198.00 already served with garlic rice and a very yummy barbecue sauce.

Another favorite is their Beef Stroganoff. The serving is already good for two persons.The creamy mushroom flavor will make you order for another cup of rice hehe! But for the price of P180 I say it is really worth it!

And lastly, you should not miss their beef tips!Served on a sizzling plate, the beef tips are super tender that you would not think that you're actually chewing beef! This dish is best accompanied with worcestershire sauce!
